This site is operated by M STUDIO WEB, a globally remote studio with roots in Portugal, to present our services. Contact: hello@mstudioweb.pt.

These terms govern access and use of the site. By using it, you accept these conditions.

• You may not use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• You may not attempt to access unauthorised areas or interfere with site operation.
• Information submitted must be accurate and up to date.

Site content is informational and does not constitute a binding contract. Each project is governed by a specific proposal or contract agreed between the parties.

All prices are fixed and shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying you agree to these terms, which you confirm by checking the acceptance box at checkout.

Project services (one-time payments). Deliverables are custom digital services that begin immediately after payment. With your express agreement at checkout, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once work begins. Once the project kickoff has started, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, we refund the amount paid minus any work already delivered or costs already incurred.

Monthly retainers. Retainers renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep the service until then and are not charged again. No partial refunds are given for the current period.

Chargebacks and disputes. Unjustified chargebacks are contested using the documented scope, our correspondence and the payment record. If a payment issue arises, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

The M STUDIO WEB mark, logo, text, design and other site elements are protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

The site may link to third-party platforms. M STUDIO WEB does not control or take responsibility for their content or practices.

We aim to keep information accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, M STUDIO WEB is not liable for indirect damages arising from site use.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For disputes, the courts of Lisbon are competent, without prejudice to consumer rights.
